A selection of vegetable seedlings sent to you each month, in time to be planted. Never miss a growing season again and get ready to feed the whole family with your number crop of veggies all year round.
Because everything we send is seasonal, there will be some variation – although you may find that some boxes also contain more of the same.
This is because the growing season is still going, but don’t worry, this also means that your harvest for your second planting will be perfectly timed too.
If there is anything that you particularly loathe let us know and we can do our best to swap it out, but try as we might we, unfortunately, can’t always guarantee this – we too are at the whims of mother nature.
Feed Me Sized for 1-2 People
The “Feed Me” size vegetable box subscription will include 4 or 5 different types of vegetables ready to plant, and 2 or 3 of each seedling (around 15 seedlings in total). However, our aim is to create a product that provides you with enough vegetables for a month. This means you may get 2 pumpkin plants (which should yield at least 6 pumpkins), and 6 lettuce (at one lettuce per plant).
An example of a mid-winter Feed Me veggie box could include:
- Beetroot
- Cauliflower
- Lettuce mixed variety’s
- Silver Beet
- Spinach
If you feel that there isn’t enough in our box for your vegetable loving family, you could always add on one of our other options (Feed A Family or Feed A Few) as well – or contact New Shoots Garden Plants and we can talk about creating a larger custom box just for you.
