Mint – Mint is a plant herb that loves the heat as you can keep it well watered. Mint grows best in a lot of sunshine. The best time to grow is in late summer. Unlike other plants, mint loves a lot of water. Once or twice a day is enough. The soil should always be moist. Also as a spice, you need one or two leaves to get a great flavor.
Coriander – Coriander is an annual herb from the parsley family. You could grow in late March until early September. Coriander needs sun and light. The soil should be moist.
